Cancelations & Returns Policy
Please always take care when placing your order & review your basket at the checkout. If for any reason you find you need to cancel a transaction please contact us immediately after your purchase has been made by emailing us at email@example.com with an attachment of the order confirmation that will have automatically been emailed to you at the time of ordering.
Due to high volumes of orders we cannot always guarantee cancelations will be possible due to automatic processes in place to speed up the dispatch of your order. If you notify us within the hour of purchasing on a weekday we will always try to cancel the order if it has not been processed, but this is not always possible.
In the unlikely event you wish to return the goods you’ve purchased, just pop them back in the bag with the tags still attached in the condition you purchased your item in. You’ve got a 14days returns policy from the date written on your invoice for items returning within the UK. For items outside of the UK the returns policy is a 30day time frame from the date on your invoice.
Please click onto the returns section & pop us an email with your order details so that we can be aware that your item is coming back or alternatively email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When returning your item please be sure to check the following:
Tags/Box- Items must have their originals tags/box intact and undamaged for the return to be accepted.
Returns Form/Invoice – Please print out and complete the returns form or include a copy of the invoice we sent to you to inside your return parcel.
Wrap it up – Please wrap up your item back in the bag it arrived in & secure it with sellotape. If you’ve lost this packaging, that isn’t an issue, please wrap it in waterproof mailing bag or place it in a box securely. Please do not simply attach labels to a shoe box & return it, items must be wrapped to avoid damage to the packaging.
Condition – Please ensure the item is in the same condition that it arrived in. We cannot accept garments that have been worn or marked. Items must be in a resellable condition.
Receipt – Always obtain a receipt from your post office when returning any item to us, we advise all items be returned using a tracked service incase there are any issues in transit.
Once a return reaches our premises, we aim to process it within 5 working days and all items are inspected upon the processing.
Postage costs are the buyers responsibility & postage costs are non-refundable. If there is any issue with your order please contact us within 7days of receipt at email@example.com
Refunds should reach your paypal account within 24hours of processing. If paid using credit/debit card directly, the bank can take up to 3-5 working days for it to show in your account.
