Customer service is very important to us here at Knock Out Street. We’re open Monday to Friday 9am-6pm to answer all of your queries, if you send us a message out of these hours please allow time for us to respond on the next working day. Please check our FAQ’s below in case we answer your queries or if you still can’t see what you’re looking for then send us a message on support@kostreet.com or private message us on Facebook.  

As a small independent UK company we don’t have our own dedicated call centre to answer your calls so please send us a message & we’ll answer within 24 working hours of sending them. Thank you for shopping with us & we hope you enjoy our Knock Out Fashion as much as we do!

I want a size/colour that isn’t shown online, can I still buy it?
I’m afraid if the colour or size you’re after isn’t shown online then we don’t have it in stock. Due to high demand we do sell out of styles often so you need to get in quick! We add new lines daily so make sure you’re the first in to avoid disappointment.
Where are my items being dispatched from?
Your items are being dispatched from Manchester, England (United Kingdom).
Do you have a shop we can visit/try things on?
I’m afraid we don’t have an actual retail store where you can purchase or try things on. We do have a no quibbles 14days returns policy in place though so you can shop with confidence here with us.
How do you send out your items?
Generally we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 (No signature) to send out items within the UK, but this does vary. Please check the delivery policy section for details.
Can I track my order?
You will automatically receive an email regarding your item & the service selected in your order with a tracking number where applicable.
Can I return my item?
If for any reason you find the item you purchased from us is not suitable, then don’t worry! We have a 14days no quibbles returns policy in place. Please check our returns policy page for details & visit our returns section to start the returns process with us. The only exception to this are underwear, hosiery & swimwear for hygiene reasons.
What if my item is faulty/incorrect?
In the unlikely event this happens please contact our support team at support@kostreet.com & they will look into resolving the issue as swiftly as possible. If you can provide any details & pictures in this email it will speed up the process.
